The main goal of this project is to inspire others to free their minds, open their hearts and heal their souls. An attempt to lead by example and prove that love really is the solution.
Sturg and Friends, a band originating from Southern Illinois, delivers a unique and captivating musical experience. Their sound is a vibrant tapestry of genres, seamlessly weaving together the infectious rhythms of rock, reggae, funk, blues, folk, and Americana, all while maintaining a powerful and heartfelt lyrical focus.
Fronted by Sturg (Evan Sturgeon), a performer known for his heartfelt lyrics and magnetic presence, this band adds rich instrumentation and dynamic chemistry to his already compelling sound. Since their formation, they have released 1 studio EP, 2 full length studio albums and eight singles from their 3rd upcoming full length studio album! The most recent being “Everybody Has A Time” that dropped June 19th, 2026 and the album is slated to drop July 3rd!!!
